Yeah today's the day!!!

In just a few short hours we will be on a airplane heading to Disneyland!!!

Oh and Melissa made her 15 pound goal this morning! it's about darn time!!
i dropped another pound too!!!

Weight Loss

Okay so remember our weight loss goals, well Melissa and I had made a weight loss goal to be down 15 pounds by Disneyland. As of this morning I am down 16 pounds a week before Disneyland!!! My next goal is to hit 199 by Memorial Day. That factors in about a pound a week with a 2 week plateau, like I had in January. Melissa is close to meeting her 15 pounds by Disneyland goal.
She'll do it!!
